The Diagnostic Phase: What We Learn Before We Build

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic — typically a combination of our AI Visibility Audit and Revenue Gap Analysis. This isn't a sales tool disguised as a consultation. It's a genuine assessment that produces a scored report with specific findings, prioritized recommendations, and estimated revenue impact.

The diagnostic phase typically takes 5-7 business days and produces a 15-25 page report. Clients receive this report regardless of whether they continue with an engagement. It's theirs to keep and act on — with us or without us. We do this because we've found that clients who understand exactly what they need make better decisions about whether we're the right fit.

Tier 1: Starter Engagements

Our Starter tier ($997/month) is designed for businesses that need specific, targeted improvements rather than a comprehensive overhaul. Typical Starter deliverables include schema markup implementation across the site, citation audit and cleanup across major directories, robots.txt and AI crawler configuration, and a monthly content piece structured for AI citeability.

Starter engagements work best for businesses that already have a solid website and decent content, but need the technical AI visibility infrastructure built on top of it. The work is focused and the timeline is usually 30-60 days for the core implementation, with ongoing monthly content production after that.

Tier 2: Growth Engagements

The Growth tier ($2,497/month) is our most popular engagement because it covers the full scope of what most growing businesses need. It includes everything in Starter plus website design improvements, lead generation system setup (ICP building, prospect research, outreach templates), an Authority Content Engine producing 4-6 posts per month, and email nurture sequence development.

Growth engagements typically run 90 days for the initial build, then transition to an ongoing monthly retainer for content production and optimization. The deliverables are concrete — finished pages, published posts, configured systems, documented processes — not strategy documents or PowerPoint recommendations.

Tier 3: Authority Engagements

The Authority tier ($4,997/month) is for businesses ready to build a comprehensive growth infrastructure. It includes everything in Growth plus AI sales agent deployment, complete website redesign, training program or course development, and a full multi-channel marketing system. This tier also includes priority response times and a dedicated point of contact.

Authority engagements are significant investments, and we're selective about taking them on. The businesses that get the most value from this tier are those with proven service offerings, existing client bases, and the operational capacity to handle increased lead flow. Building a lead generation machine for a business that can't fulfill the leads is counterproductive.

What You Own When It's Done

Every deliverable we produce belongs to the client. Website files, content, designs, templates, code — it's all yours. If you decide to end the engagement, you walk away with everything we built. There's no lock-in, no proprietary platform, no content hostage situation. We build on open standards and open platforms specifically so clients maintain full control.

This is a deliberate choice. We believe the best way to retain clients is to make them want to stay, not to make it hard to leave. In practice, most clients stay because the system we build keeps producing results — not because they're trapped.

How We Measure Success

Every engagement includes monthly reporting on the metrics that matter: AI visibility score changes, organic traffic growth, lead volume and quality, conversion rate improvements, and revenue attribution. We don't pad reports with vanity metrics. If the numbers aren't moving, we tell you — and we adjust the strategy.

Our reporting cadence is weekly check-ins for the first 90 days, then monthly reporting and quarterly strategy reviews for ongoing engagements. We've found that this cadence keeps both sides aligned without creating unnecessary meeting overhead.
